The main building offers a spacious living area with a large dining and lounge space, all featuring expansive windows that immerse the guests in the sourrounding nature. The separate, fully equipped kitchen provides all the necessary amenities for preparing meals in comfort.

The bedroom, with a separate bathroom, offers a peaceful and private retreat.

Our annex is a 40 sqm bedroom with an independent entrance, connected to the main building by a portico. The room features a queen bed and an en-suite spacious bathroom for added privacy and comfort.

Outside, a private area with a portico provides a relaxing space, along with an outdoor shower to immerse yourself in nature.

The lamia, an ancient building with a barrel vault once used as a storage space for tools, has been thoughtfully renovated to preserve its original character. Located separately from the main building, across a small courtyard, it now hosts a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, offering a peaceful retreat in a traditional Apulian space.
