Casanguilla is designed to foster a deep connection with nature.

The Apulian countryside, with its rhythms, colors, and sounds, lies at the heart of the experience, inviting guests to slow down and savor the beauty around them.

It’s a place where minimalist architecture meets the charm of nature. Clean lines, organic materials, and spaces crafted for calm and balance blend seamlessly with the surrounding landscape.

Modern house with white facade, patio, and greenery

Nestled in 2 acres of private olive groves and surrounded by a Mediterranean garden of native officinal plants, the property is built using traditional local techniques, blending the charm of Apulian heritage with contemporary architecture.

The main building includes a bright living room, a dining area with a separate kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. Two additional bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and separate entrance, complete the property. One is located in a spacious, modern annex, while the other is housed in an intimate, ancient lamia with a charming barrel vault.

Casanguilla can host up to 6 guests, ensuring privacy and complete relaxation in a peaceful and intimate setting.

The outdoor dining table and kitchen offer the ideal setting for ‘al fresco’ dining.
